News Shows Coming with SP1

I have been reading online that Vista Service Pack 1 is coming out sometime in January 08. As soon as this happens I will be reporting and giving you some more new and great tips and tricks for everyone.

Please e-mail me if you are running Vista and you are noticing any slow downs or erratic behavior with your computer. I am still running Vista on my work pc. There are just times when the computer just sits there and does nothing. Service Pack 1 is suppose to fix all these minor troubles.

The Vista Show Episode 17 - Mail, Calendar and Contacts

Microsoft Mail, Mircosoft Calendar and Microsoft Contacts. Not really new software for Windows but greatly improved in Vista. Using the new mail which is the replacement for Outlook Express is now a real joy! The new improved calendar now feels more like the one that comes with Outlook. And the contacts tie into all the programs really well. We will also look at inviting people to meeting using the calendar and mail. This is a full packed 30 minutes for you to learn more information about your Vista Machine.

The Vista Show Episode 13 - Joining a Domain and Tuning UAC for the Domain

In this show I wanted to teach you how to set your Vista machine up to talk to your Windows 2003 server. Once you do this you will quickly find that the prompt to type in your user name and password gets very old very quickly. I will also walk you through taming the UAC to play nice with the Domain Controller. Sorry for the audio I recorded this one out of the studio.
